Things that you can never go wrong with: flowers, candy, and POTATOES. Oh my Fork, have you ever had something more versatile than potatoes? If you want them grilled, they look sensual and steamy. Smashed, they’re like yellow, soft clouds that caress your palate. Fried, they’re a blessing that came directly from Olympus… We got too excited, sorry, but do we have a point or what?! When there are many things you love, you can only fantasize about getting them together so they can blend and reunite in the name of your happiness… But why does it have to be unreal? You see, people who have no vision could never bring these together. Know what? Haters gonna hate, cause today’s menu is omelet + potatoes, and it looks and tastes like nothing you’ve tried before!
First of all, we’re FRYING the already cooked potatoes. Leftovers work, who are we to judge? Go get a relatively deep pan, put the cup of oil, turn on the stove at high heat and let it boil. Slice the potatoes. Once it’s hot, fry the potatoes, the bacon, and the onions. Try not to render useless after smelling the combo of this.
Whisk the eggs, add a pinch of salt and pepper and, on a different nonstick pan (that should be about the size of a plate) that has been previously preheated at medium heat, pour the eggs mix.
Once the eggs have set, add a big handful of Red Primadonna cheese (or other hard, nutty cheese; whatever floats your boat).
LIFT THE OMELET CAREFULLY WITH A SPATULA – DON’T BREAK IT!!!
Place it on a plate and put on top the onions, fried potatoes, tomatoes, bacon some chopped chives if you wish.

We actually made a cool playlist with some awesome spanish songs (since this omelet is inspired by the spanish omelet), but then we came across this guy on Youtube. That’s really the only thing you need to listen to, while preparing this feast
